5.00Unfortunately, I missed the pickup. 100% my fault. Nevertheless the tour operator offered a free alternative which I couldn’t attend due to my flight schedule. The the tour operator refunded the money. This is customer service at it’s best!!! Didn’t expect or even asked for that 😲👌 great company!!!
