Show your voucher to a member of the Big Bus staff at any of the stops along your route to redeem.
Two ways to activate tickets: 1. Download and open the Big Bus app. Tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking. 2. Redeem voucher and activate with Big Bus staff at Stop #1 - Big Bus Visitor Center Hollywood (6763 Hollywood Boulevard), or with any driver at any stop along the route.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Operating Schedule:Hollywood Loop departs Stop #1 - Big Bus Welcome Center at 6763 Hollywood Blvd every 30-45 minutes from 10:00 am - 4:30 pm. Download the free Big Bus app for city information and live bus tracking.

3.00We used this for two days, whereas it’s good to get around there isn’t enough buses running to even spend half an hour at each stop. The days aren’t long enough as the last bus is 430 from the first stop, the online portal didn’t show some of the buses so you didn’t know where some were. The staff were nice though. I just think for the fee you pay, it would be nice to have more time.

2.00I bought 3 tickets the night before. I email them asking about the meeting point. In short, I didn’t get information about the meeting point near our hotel. So we didn’t use the tickets!!! My friend from Indonesia and Tenesses didn’t have enough time to wait for information from Viator. Unhappy experiences.
