  We really enjoyed Javi and the tour he provided. He was considerate, knowledgeable and explained things well. The background information on pieces was valuable and his explanations gave us more time to enjoy the art rather than reading everything. Also excellent Customer Service from the company!!!

  It was a fantastic experience, with an incredibly exciting guide Javier. Which was a good narrator and mediator of both the history of the city and the museum importance for it. As well as a really good review of the art at the museum. It is highly recommended to take on this trip. If you need recommendations for places to eat, then those Javier suggests are really worth a visit.

  I paid $338 for this tour for my family and viator confirmed it. Less than 12 hrs later they said they could not supply an English guide as I requested and refused to make more than a partial refund of $100. We were left with $15 tickets and no guide. Viator customer service confirmed that they would not give a full refund even though we had no guide. Don’t book with Viator. I certainly will not book with them again.

  I booked this tour and paid $338 and received a confirmation. In less than 12 hrs, they said they could not supply an English guide as promised. They refunded $100 of the amount and we were left on our own with their $15 entry tickets. Terrible customer service. They still refused to refund my money. Don't book with Viator. I will not use them again.

  We got to the museum before 13:00 but went to the museum entrance where they informed us that we had to go up to the visitors' center (we missed that from the instructions). We then went rapidly to the assigned meeting point and asked the different tour guides. At 13:09 I wrote via WhatsApp that we were at the site but got no response. I called the provided numbers 13:09, 13:11, 13:18 but got no response. We went back to the reception area and asked the tour guide desk for help. I made multiple additional calls with no response. At 7:25 I got a message that the tour started at 13:05. We could have easily met up a bit late but I got the impression that the guide just cancelled as we were informed that the guide form EXPLORA NORTE had not come through. The price was also outrageous as we paid over $227.26 for VIP Access and individual tours on site are no more than E50 per person. The actual ticket for the museum is 15 Euros per adult. The other tour office helped me finally contact Javier and advised that he would call Laura (his boss). They later offered to do a tour at 4:30 but we could not wait as we had prior scheduled transportation. We were very disappointed and will make a claim.

  Great trip Javier was very knowledgeable and good fun. Try to avoid October as the museum seems to renovate and move exhibits in this month

  Laura was very knowledgeable about the architectural background of the museum and the art pieces. If visiting in between seasons, the “Puppy” may be with scaffolding as they have to set the new flowers for the season.

  The tour of Guggenheim was enjoyable and informative mostly because of Javier. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable given his background as an art historian. This is our second time at the museum and we learned a lot.
