My friend also enjoyed the tour, however we were disappointed that the meeting spot was not per the information we received. There was a couple on our same tour who received the same info about the meeting spot. The guide was told a different spot, so we lost 15 minutes or so of our tour trying to find each other; this was disappointing. The guide, Pilar was excellent and apologized for the mixup which was clearly the company's fault, not the guide's. I rated the tour 5 stars because of Pilar, and didn't want to punish her for the company's error. In the future, we hope the information of meeting spot will be clearer for the guide and the guests.

What a great and informative tour! Our guide, Jose, was very knowledgable about the museum and Basque culture in general. He was very enthusiastic, and he handled some particularly rude people in our group with grace. We felt privileged to have experienced the Guggenheim with Jose.
