5.00Fantastic experience… would recommend to do this again. Friendly staff and well knowledgeable, we went for the 6pm trip as didn’t want to feel the heat. There was also a raffle which we won but could accept as we were leaving Miami the following day. So book and do yours early
Soaking wet waiting for a boat ride that never happened no customer service and rude crew! 😩

1.00It’s was pouring rainy and nobody talked to be about rescheduling. I got so much attitude and I even wanted in line after 2 rides were canceled. I’m from Vegas and all I wanted was to go in a boat ride. By the time I got in the line for the 3rd time I had a valid ticket but didn’t want my picture taken I didn’t think it was a big deal . I speak Spanish fluently and and was explaining my self and the captain came out said I had to take a picture and embarrassed me and cussed at me and I felt like it was rude unprofessional and kinda racist. I was blown away how I was treated and I’m here in Miami for vacation! Just no fun and attitude and still I paid and got nothing! Very sad experience so I found another boat that was a yacht and was a wonderful experience e but I really wanted your tour so I could see the different areas and not just celebrity’s homes.

1.00My tickets were completely inaccessible about two hours before I wanted to go. I couldn’t even go on the boat ride and had absolutely no luck getting in contact with customer support.
