I recently did this cooking class with my family (taught by Stefania and Francesca) and had the best time! They walked us through hot to make the perfect pasta dough, and we sampled delicious mortadella and flatbread and a glass of wine when we arrived. They also taught us how to make Italy's iconic aperol spritz (with Aperol and/or Campari). They even had a non-alcoholic version available for non-drinkers or kids. At the end we cooked our pasta and combined it with a pre-prepared ragu sauce (made by the business ahead of time), and it was absolutely delicious! At the end gelato was served... it was a great way to spend a few hours in Bologna. My 12 year-old son had a great time, it was one of the highlights of our recent trip to Italy.

The cooking class experience was spectacular. My husband and my son (13 yr old) really loved it too. Claudia and Francesca were extremely hospitable and knowledgeable about their craft. The pasta we made turned out delicious too. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Bologna. 😋😄

Had a fun experience with Kate and Bea. Both were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about pasta making... and mixing drinks! Had a good group of people in the 3 hour, 3:00 class. The pasta was really good, as was the bolognese sauce that was prepared beforehand. So happy that after several trips to Italia that my friend and I final took a class, was worthwhile! And we got to take our extra tagliatelle with us to enjoy on our next stop! Thanks to Kate & Bea
