5.00Valentina is an excellent guide. She provided interesting historical information during our Bologna culinary tour. She was attentive to our questions and kept a great pace, covering everything from shops, markets, restaurants and providing insight along the way about what to look for in food labels to ensure the vinegars, oils, wines, etc. are of the highest grade and authentic regional quality. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this tour and Valentina to all travelers interested in the culinary delights of Bologna.

5.00This was a really great tour led by Matteo. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about Bologna and made sure we saw lots of historical sites as well as tasting lovely food including Mortadella, Ragù a la Bolognese, sparkling wine, gelato.. all in different places around the city centre. Matteo also gave us tips about other places to visit.

5.00What a fantastic tour! Valentina was knowledgeable and entertaining! We ate great food in an osterria and a local restaurant. The gelato was the best we had in Italy! Valentina also gave excellent recommendations for dinner. Thanks for a great tour!
