Puente de la Mujer
The Woman’s Bridge, one of the emblems of the Puerto Madero neighborhood, is the first work in Latin America by renowned Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava and represents yet another example of the City’s ongoing quest to position itself at the forefront of art and architecture throughout the region. It is a rotating pedestrian bridge with one of the largest turning mechanisms in the world, designed to allow the passage of sailing boats that navigate the docks of Puerto Madero. The work, made in Spain and donated to the City by an individual, depicts the image of a couple dancing tango, where the white mast symbolizes the man and the curved silhouette of the bridge is the woman.
Basilica de Nuestra Senora Del Pilar
The church of the Lady of the Pillar is a basilica located in the neighborhood of Recoleta in Buenos Aires; once it was part of the convent of Franciscans Recollectos. Its construction, completed in 1732, is due to the Aragonese patron Juan de Narbonne

We had only one day in Buenos Aires and opted for this tour to get the most of the limited time in the city. Diego was super proactive, responsive and patient and we enjoyed every minute of the tour! We have seen so many interesting places and got a first good overview of the city. Diego was very open, welcoming and shared also about himself and his family which created a fun, entertaining and authentic atmosphere! Looking forward to being back taking him up on the offer to share an asado!

We had a fun and informative trip with Diego. It felt personal and well tailored to get a glimpse of the city. Would recommend this in case you either are short on time or want to get a good first impression of several places in the city.

Diego is great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. This was our second trip to Buenos Aires and the second time we worked with Diego. He also went out of his way to help us with some logistics and met us at a bus stop to pick up our luggage and deliver it to the hotel so we didn’t have to worry about it. Diego will arrange anything you need!

I recently moved to Argentina and took a tour with Diego and it was such a great experience. He knows so much about Buenos Aires and its history, and he shared tons of interesting stories and little details I’d never heard before. Even though I’ve been living here for a bit, I discovered so many new things about the neighborhoods and local culture. Diego is super friendly and easy to talk to, and he really made the tour fun. Definitely recommend him if you want to get to know the city better!

This business gave us a great tour of BA. Picked up from our hotel, we were taken to the highlights of this amazing City. Together with providing information about the sites, we were given insightful information about the history of the City by our knowledgeable guide. Given the numerous places to see, our guide made sure we got to see the things we really wanted to see. We were also given time to do short walking tours at certain locations, where they were inaccessible by vehicle.. We also received great tips on various eateries and a particularly good ice-cream parlour. I have subsequently recommended this business to relatives, who in turn had a similar great experience. So our experience clearly wasn't a "one off".
