In Korea's seafood market, there are many seafood that are difficult to find in foreign countries. As a foreigner visiting Korea for the first time, it may not be easy to decide which seafood to enjoy and how to enjoy it. And it may not be easy to know how to enjoy various types of seafood.
Especially in winter, we use oysters, a special delicacy of winter, to prepare and serve foods that can only be enjoyed in winter, such as seasoned oysters and oyster pancakes.
Through my tour, I will provide services so that you can enjoy various types of Korean seafood under more reasonable conditions. We will also provide you with various information necessary for your trip to Busan.

What To Expect
Guests will have chance to see, touch and deal with local seafood.Guest will see around fish market and seaside park.Beside guest will have chance to have many pictures during program.Don't miss to deal with long legs octopus(small octopus), sea squirt and sea cucumber etc.It's not just about eating seafood, it's about touching and handling seafood during activity. According to your flavor, you will have chance to enjoy steamed scallops , raw small octopus, calm soup and raw fish sashimi etc. Salmon sashimi or tuna sashimi is very common at western countries but rock fish sashimi or flounder sashimi is much more popular in Korea. You can enjoy yellowtail sashimi in winter. In Busan, you can also enjoy Hokkaido scallops from Japan at the most affordable prices. The above conditions do not apply to the Night Fish Auction No meal option and the Jagalchi Fish market helper option, and no food or beverages are provided.

Night Fish Auction No meal
Conditions excluding food and : This is a tour to enjoy Busan's night view and a late-night fish auction. Duration: 3 hours: The tour starts at 7:30 p.m. and finishes at 10:30 p.m. No meal included: Customers need to buy and enjoy what they want at the night market on their budget. Night Fish auction 10PM: Meet at 7:30 p.m.-Enjoy the night harbor view-Enjoy snacks at night market on customer budget-Enjoy fish auction at 10 p.m Public Bus: During the tour, the group takes a public bus when they go to the observation deck in the middle of the mountain. Meet at Jagalchi station : Meet at Jagalchi Station Exit 3 at 07:30 PM
Busan oyster village Tour
Not Private Tour: This tour is not a private tour by default. However, if there are four or more people in one group, it can be a private tour. Duration: 4 hours Lunch: Oyster pancakes and oyster soup with beer or soju. Please, See the photos registered for the tour. Oyster village Tour: Hadan Subway station Exit3 on the Line 1-Oyster farm town and lunch-Hadan Subway station Exit3 Public Bus: Take bus from Hadan subway station. We will meet at Hadan subway station Exit 3 and take bus for the oyster village. Busan Container terminal: You can also see the huge container terminal in Busan.

Free interpretation service : After the tour, I can recommend seafood stores or restaurants and issue government seafood promotion discount coupon(10%). Duration: 2 hours No Food Serving by host: This option does not include cooking and serving seafood by host Shuttle bus stop pick up: A free shuttle bus for cruise passengers stops at Exit 4 of Busan Station on Busan Line 1.
Jagalchi Fish market helper
English and Chinese: English service and Chinese service for interpreting when you buy seafood Duration: 1 hour: Service will be provided for 1hour in English and Chinese Jagalchi market Only: You will have assistance to buy seafood at Jagalchi fish market Jagalchi subway station: We'll meet at Exit 10 of Jagalchi subway Station. There's a Hanaro Mart at Exit 10 of Jagalchi subway Station.
Geoje Anchovy Village Tour
Duration: 4 hours: About 2 hours round trip by bus from Hadan Station to the destination, and stay in anchovy Village for about 2Hours Lunch Included: You can taste the menu developed using various seafood. One menu per person Depart from Hadan station: Line1 Hadan subway station Exit 3-Geoje Anchovy Village-Line1 Hadan subway station Exit 3 Intercity Bus: Intercity Bus from Hadan station to Geojae. We are going to meet at Hadan subway station Exit 3. You will see Starbucks. 1.00My one-star rating reflects this option! I‘m a semi-professional photografer and showed up with my equipement. After 2.5 hrs into the tour and finally arriving at the „Night Fish Auction“, I‘ve been told that it‘s forbidden to take pictures. For me, this totally ruined the tour. Not only that I was not able to adjust my schedule, the main selling point of this tour just vanished. This is something I expect being highlighted in the tour description (Viator) and the tour guide making me aware of it upfront before we start the tour (Seeing me with my equipment) and not when we have arrived at the main attraction after 2.5 hrs.

5.00We did the market tour and meal serving afterwards. Suyang is very knowledgeable about Busan markets and Korean seafood in general and gave us loads of tips on good places to eat in the city. The meal which he cooked for us was absolutely delicious, especially the fresh scallops. He was excellent company as well. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is in Busan and wants to learn more about Korean seafood from an expert!

5.00Suyang was an incredible guide and chef. He told us all we wanted to know about the fish market, provided all the food and drinks and made us feel right at home. The menu was deliciously prepared fusion fish and shrimp dishes and Korean snacks and appetizers. We also got to try some Korean drinks. He was always friendly, patient and understanding, since we had an infant with us. We asked for recommendations and he provided us with plenty, even sending us all the map locations and checking whether a particular restaurant would be open the following day by calling. It was a wodnerful experience and we would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you, again, Suyang! Next time we'll definitely book your cooking class!

5.00We were hosted by Suyang Chang and enjoyed an interesting tour of Korean seafood market followed by a seafood feast cooked by Suyang. Seafood market is huge with a stunning view of harbour on the top. Seafood dinner is delicious with a wide selection of sea urchin, sashimi, crab, scallop, shrimp, fish. The most delectable seafood I had in Korea. Highly recommended and an opulent orchestration of gastronomic success!

5.00Loved the information we got about the Jagalchi market. The market itself was vibrant and full of every kind of fish you could think of. Suyang chef skills shined as we got to try shrimp, crab, scallops, sea clams and the kind lady from the market threw in a sea urchin as well. We left with our tummies full and spirits high, definitely recommend getting this tour.
