We got picked up at the hotel on time. The bus was a big bus. The driver was nice and also the tour guide. He spoke perfectly German English, and I guess some other languages. He explained everything and made it a great tour. The drive to Cairo from Hurghada was really quick but we are younger and did sleep all the time. (We would recommend flying, if you have problems with your knees or back.) But it was great because we saw multiple things. Like a perfume factory, the Egyptian museum and the papyrus factory. We also had different side tours to choose from like a tour on the Nile or a tour with camels around the pyramids. It was a great experience. The people were very nice. The food was also delicious. The only thing missing was the water. We definitely recommend bringing your own water. But all in all, we were very happy with the tour.

OMG! If your sole goal is to see the Pyramids of Giza then AVOID this trip! 21 hours of absolute HELL! Almost ruined the whole trip to Hurghada. Was just glad that we booked to do it at the start of the holiday so that we could forget about it and let the better experiences overshadow it. In summary: - Meant to be picked up in (as we were advised in a message the night before) in a "big Mercedes bus with air-conditioning, toilets, USB for charging phones" and instead a toilettes 12 seater van showed up and when I queried it with the driver was rudely dismissed. - Pick up time was changed from 1.30am to 1am and after complying with this and getting up ridiculously (and needlessly) early the bus showed up late at 1.30am anyway. - Trip to Cairo took from 1.30am-8.45am and not the 6hrs as advertised on the itinerary with some long and unexplained roadside stops. - Arrived at the museum in Cairo (after surviving the harrowing traffic) with well over 1000+ people queuing in the sun to get it. - We were then literally run round the museum to see a few choice artefacts that had been picked out by the tour guide while being shouted at the entire time to hurry (YELLA!) and give only 5mins in total to appreciate the timeless wonder of King Tut's funerary treasure. - Unscheduled stop at (am assuming a friend of the tour guides) Perfume Shop for a "Welcome Drink" which then lead into a sales demonstration and it turned out the reason for this unnecessary (and unwanted) stop was because the restaurant wasn't ready for us. - Got to restaurant and were shouted at to hurry our meal by the tour guide because we were now behind on the itinerary. - Didn't bother with Nile River cruise as Cairo is nothing short of a SLUM (was so so shocked to see the poverty and filth of what is meant to be a capital city). - Endured ALL of the above to get approx 1-1.5 hours at the pyramids and then topped off with another sales pitch at the papyrus shop and then the 6hrs bus trip home. - Oh and then the tour guide went round with a QR code to do an online review and then literally insisted that people do it there and then while standing over the top of them to ensure a 5star review! In summary - if you want to see the Pyramids FIND ANOTHER WAY TO DO IT and save urself the harrowing experience that we had on this trip.

It was a very long day, but it was worth it, such an amazing place to visit, Hanan our guide was very friendly and helpful, we chose to go on the boat and pay€10 extra, what was part of the experience. Take lots of change as we have to pay every time we go to toilet €1 per person, be careful with “helpful people” offering to take pictures there as all the want it’s a fat tip, at the pyramid the guy who took us on a Camel ride wasn’t happy with a €5 tip, this can be a bit stressful, be prepared

The trip was a very long trip however it stated on the 16-18 hrs so that’s fine you planning to stay in hurghada with children I’ll probably say the best way to travel to Cairo excursion is by plane!!! We got picked up at the hotel at 2am arrived in Cairo 10am 1st activity was the museum which was amazing and lovey the tour guide explained everything and gave plenty of time for everyone to explore around by themselves! It stated th bus have toilet which is completely untrue no toilet on the bus the stop in shops for people to use toilet and each stop charges you like £5 loool the 2nd stop was Nile city by boat you have to pay for this separately on site $10 per person child adults same price if you don’t want to do you can stay on the bus for 45mins so basically you won’t have a choice then to go on the boat, 3rd stop is lunch buffet style the food is nice and lovely however the queue is so long and you only get 45 mins so you may not finish lunch after spending 20 mins just in queue sad, 4th stop some perfum shop which basically not even on the tour guide so waste of time 5th time the pyramids amazing stop however because they spend unnecessary time at the perfum shop you will only have 30 mins 6th stop camel horses dinky rides make show you have atleast £5 with you as they will not allow you come off the horse donkey or camel rides until you give them a tip and the tour guide will not help even your trip is paid in full they will tell you and pressure you to give tip going back to the hotel is a nightmare as our driver disappeared for an hour we were stuck on the bus oooopssss!!! It was a good trip overall for adults if you travelling with children look for alternatives and make sure you have at least £100 with you even if the tour is paid in full you need money for toilet breaks, water other stupid attractions that the add ons good luck everyone in nit using this company next time
