Get ready to roll up your sleeves and join us for a hands-on cooking class! Everybody is participating actively in the process, together we'll create a four-course Caribbean menu while sipping on tropical cocktails and enjoying our delicious creations. It's the perfect opportunity to learn something new, sharpen your cooking skills and simply have a great time. No prior cooking skills are required to join this fun culinary experience! We had a wonderful experience with Anna. She had everything prepped and ready, so we did not have to wait for any ingredients or equipment. The dishes we made with her leadership were absolutely delicious. I cannot recommend this cooking class enough to everyone. It was great!

Anna gave us a good insight into some Creole and French cuisine to create a four course meal, many of which we will certainly be trying at home. She was friendly, engaging and good at explaining why things are done a certain way, and gave tips on presentation of the dishes. Two cocktails and a glass of wine were included.

We had a wonderful time! Anna was funny and knowledgeable. She was very accommodating of my food allergy and when above and beyond to make sure I was kept safe during the class. The food was delicious and the experience was unique and unforgettable.

This was such a fun afternoon! Anna's menu was amazing - all the food we prepared was delicious and bountiful; and she is so charming and informative in her presentation. The entire bus talked for two days about how much fun we all had. AND that we were too stuffed to have dinner that night :). Thank you Anna for all your hard work preparing for this class - the amount of chopping and prep was not lost on us. Anna never disappoints! From making rum punch to mojitos to cheese and salt fish puffins, everything was so much fun. She explains what and how - but also why and it’s great fun to make these recipes again when you get home. This was our second time and we will be back next year for another class! I think Rhum Baba may be my favorite new dessert! Go to this class you will not regret it’

When we first heard about the Creole culinary classroom and the different cooking classes that were offered several of us were excited with the selection and selected one that worked with our schedule. We talked with others at our resort and seven of us ended up going together for a fun evening. There were nine in our hands-on class with Anna who did a wonderful job of guiding our crazy crew. Together we learn to make several types of island drinks, fish fritters, a vegetable quiche, a delicious red snapper dinner with Creole sauce Smokey mashed potatoes, and a banana tart tatin dessert. It was a super fun evening and we all hope to do it again! Highly recommend.
