This Dull-Day tour not only provides a journey to two castles, one of which is listed on the UNESCO Heritage list, and a cathedral, also on the UNESCO Heritage list.

It is disappointing that a tour that travelers would be looking forward to going on was met with poor customer service and communication. While my experience with this tour company was poor, please be careful with booking Ophelia Tours if you need additional support as it appears they are a tour company that will take your money regardless of providing the service and then blaming the customer for the mishaps and providing unprofessional communication. They had initially canceled the first tour that I had booked because there was not enough people. So, wanting to still go on the tour, I rescheduled. The following morning we went to go meet the tour guide, but there was no one there and no one showed up. We had looked all around based on the information that was given and there was no car. We were there at exactly the time that was listed and we waited and no van showed up at the listed spot. I tried to verify the tour when I couldn't find them and they did not respond to me until the afternoon. We did not get the message that they were late until the afternoon and did not offer a refund for the tour. They were rude and disrespectful and did not appear to value or appreciate customer experiences. After leaving them a review, they said that they would not refund me because I left them a bad review. They also said many other things unprofessionally. So, please be aware to make communication clear with them in how they are going to connect with you if you don't have minutes or are using alternative ways of communication. They will take your money and could treat you very disrespectfully and unprofessionally as a customer. It looks as though people have had good experiences on their tours, but I was not one of them. I would not recommend Ophelia Tours as a company, but if you can successfully communicate with them and you are pretty good at finding locations then you are probably good to go. Though, I myself would not recommend, due to the unprofessionalism of this tour company. They appear to be a snooze you lose kind of tour provider.

Simon is an excellent guide. His knowledge as an archeologist brought a lot of additional information to the tour. He was very kind and attentive. Be sure you can handle steps - there are a lot. We really enjoyed learning about Danish history and culture. The Elephant Guild was fascinating- we found Nelson Mandela but not Eisenhower. Simon gave us a great deal of information on this Danish group.
