Immerse yourself in a private pasta-making class at a local's home, learn the secrets of the region's most famous pasta dishes and taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by a glass of local wine.

During the lesson, the local home cook will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic regional pasta recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines.

This experience is held by Cesarine: Italy’s oldest network of 1000+ home cooks all over the country in more than 500 cities. They are passionate and welcoming hosts that open the doors of their own homes to curious travellers for immersive culinary experiences.

The experience of a life time if you’re in Catania or traveling through, must make time for a private or small group with Maurizio and his family(cousin) was the best time ever. What a lovely tour and homemade Sicilian food!! 10/10, will share this experience with all I know.. cheers!

We loved our pasta cooking class with Cesarina Laura. We arrived very early but Laura welcomed us inside right away and served us fresh brushetta and wine while she finished setting up. We learned how to make 3 unique pastas and all of them tasted delicious. Literally the best pasta I have eaten in my life. But honestly the most wonderful part of the experience was Laura herself. She is a such a great teacher and amazing chef. What a perfect way to end our stay in Sicily. Cannot recommend a class with Laura enough!

My wife and I had a great time with Angela in this experience. Besides having great food and wine, we learned how to cook three different types of pasta. She made the class very interesting by sharing some history about Italy and its people.

Our chef and his cousin provided an evening of cooking and friendship that we will remember forever. The evening started with hors d’oeuvres and ended with music provided by our chef. I look forward to using my new found recipes on my family when I get home.
