Our cheese walk allows you to experience a unique evening combining cultural discovery of Toulouse AND cheese tasting.
ALL food is included.
On the program: for 3 hours, explore the historic center in the company of a former professional cheesemaker while tasting 5 delicious local cheeses, 2 regional wines and 1 local beer, all accompanied by games and historical anecdotes, often funny and often unknown by Toulouse residents themselves.
Each of the 5 stops will be an opportunity to talk to you about a particular point of this magnificent city at sunset AND to make connections with the cheese and the sensory games offered.
Through our VERY gourmet stroll in Toulouse, enjoy an immersive and unusual experience!

Our accredited guide will welcome you with a welcome drink followed by a first cheese tasting as well as a discussion around the importance of salt both in Toulouse and in cheeses.
Marche des Carmes
Discover the extraordinary history of this premier covered market. This will be an opportunity to discuss the evolution of Toulouse and to make a comparison between 2 (almost) identical cheeses with your eyes closed.
What‘s Included
You will taste 6 cheeses and other local products. Enough to make a dinner!
I will pour you several glasses of wine and beer. A great introduction to local wine
Remember to bring water. Walking, wine and cheese can make you thirsty...
Remember to let me know if you don't drink alcohol so that we can plan a substitute drink.

3.00what sounded intriguing was a pretty miserable experience. We were outside in 95 degrees while the host kept talking for 20 minutes before providing anything to taste. There were a total of 6 people and 2 only spoke french, the others spoke english. He had an assistant that would repeat his french into english. It became challenging to listen to both of them talk at that same time. Then we moved to another location and a repeat. While they did provide great information and local history - it became too much in the heat so we left early. He was gracious enough to give us the cheeses we would miss (since we paid for it!!) He was a nice guy as was his assistant - but someone, and I think it was him - had really bad BO - so a little off setting!

5.00Learned a lot about the city and cheese and wine pairings. I loved how this was a walking tour with stops along the way to admire and discuss architecture, history and of course food. The tour is in both English and French. Highly recommend!
