Wow what an amazing day with Phuong we had! We started off the day picking our herbs and vegetables before cooking 3 traditional Vietnamese dishes. Phuong and her team have a beautiful garden with the sweetest flowers . Thank you for having us 🌞🌸

It was the best cooking class I have ever taken; in fact, it was more than just a class, it was a true culinary experience. Our hostess, Phuong Bui, is both knowledgeable and kind, guiding us with patience and expertise. After her guidance, I now feel confident that I can recreate the meals on my own. We had a lot of fun while learning about Vietnamese cooking culture, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, this class offers valuable insights and hands-on experience. I highly recommend it. Thank you Phuong, Aj and Winnie

I've done a lot of cooking classes around SE Asia, this one stood out because of the rice paper making and the location. The garden and facilities are very cute. I've never made rice paper in a cooking class, that was particularly interesting. I also liked the herbal drink making a lot, and enjoyed learning about different plants around the garden.

We had an amazing time at Cam An Village cooking class. We were hosted by Phuong and Son who were both friendly and knowledgeable in organic farming. They showed us around the organic garden and taught us how to make 4 Vietnamese dishes. The course is great value for money and highly recommended!

Would really recommend this class. A lot of garden space, ample time was taken to go through the garden and explain, and cooking was fun. Friendly teachers, nice dishes. Our tour took around 3-3.5 hours.

We absolutely loved this experience. It was beautiful! Our kids (7 and 10 ) loved it too. We loved strolling around the incredible property, picking ingredients for a herbal drink and the cooking the 4 dishes. It really is a beautiful spot and everyone there was so lovely! Definitely recommend.

The ladies who work at the organic garden are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about Vietnamese cuisine as well as life in Vietnam in general. I think everyone would enjoy the cooking class even if you don't cook yourself. The ladies show you everything and help you along the way. First we made a refreshing drink and then a 3-course meal consisting of staple Vietnamese dishes - spring rolls, crispy pancake and fried eggplant with papaya salad. I had asked for a vegetarian meal and the staff met my request and provided delicious mushrooms instead of meat. All in all, it was a great experience in a peaceful environment with lovely people and amazing fresh food!

It was a wonderful experience I had never thought of. I went to see the garden in Kaman village and was surprised by the beautiful and well maintained field, my husband and I went there. He showed us around the garden, a cup of tea we had just picked, after we had just stopped by. I decided to join a cooking class and farming experience. Ms. Loi and Mr. Phuon taught us how to make crispy pancakes and sauces 😊 It was such a fun class. I also participated in a farming experience at a later date. Let me pick the Butterflypea myself, and the staff will show me how to make it, even a beautiful blue drink and real rice paper. We also spread small seedlings, compost, black and beautiful soil in the fields, sprinkle water, and have experiences that are hard to do. Business was a great journey, meeting the land, culture, cuisine and charm of Vietnam through the kind and heartwarming staff who seemed to have no connection with me, herbs and vegetables in the field. Recommended Kaman Village is 🩷 Chizuko Ozawa
