What To Expect

Cooking class in the country, together we will prepare a complete menu with a typical appetizer (panzanella), fresh pasta with Tuscan ragù and tiramisu for dessert. the lesson includes a tasting of organic extra virgin olive oil and Chianti Classico wine.

So much fun in such a beautiful setting!! Georgia and Joia ( forgive if I misspelled) were excellent teachers! They both have an amazing way of turning strangers into friends!! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic cooking class with Chef Giorgia and Momma Gioia. Great food and information about Tuscan recipes. So glad we could schedule this and so happy to met these 2 wonderful ladies.

We had so much fun! Giorgia and Gioia make a great team. Giorgia has a great personal story and is an excellent instructor. The recipes we made we easy for any skill level and the food was delicious. Gioia has a lovely home with great views and she makes her own wine, which she readily shared. She shared great stories about the history of the area and food we made. There were 3 couples. We did not know each other at the start, but were all laughing together and exchanging emails and phone numbers by the end of the lesson. We can't wait to get home and make homemade pasta and ragu for our family.

From beginning to end this was an amazing experience. Giorga & Gioia welcomed us to their farmhouse as guests, when we left, we felt like family. Teaching us the history as well as techniques of cooking in Tuscany. Perfecto!

What a lovely experience we had with Georgia and Gioia!! This was our favorite activity we did in Tuscany. We learned a lot and laughed a lot. Georgia was super knowledgeable and we learned so much from her about cooking and Gioia gave us such a great history of the region. They were the perfect team. On top of all that, the view and breeze we had during the lesson were unreal! Loved everything about this experience!
