The menu includes 3 courses. Our chef organizes everything from the purchase of ingredients to the necessary preparations in the kitchen, and final cleaning. CONSIERGIÈ guarantees a selection of professional CHEFs as a result of a long process and training. Guarantee of the level of menus. We guarantee - through strict quality control - the protection of our guests and the healthiness and genuineness of our dishes Menu • Home made bread preparation • Artisanal home made egg pasta with tomato and basil • Authentic chicken "cacciatore" • Cooked cream or artisanal tiramisù The chef arrives at your villa with fresh ingredients purchased before. You can decide for when to organize the lesson, both for lunch and dinner. For the lesson and for the preparations you will have to consider at least 3 hours. During the lesson you can interact with the chef and ask all possible questions. Then at the end of the lesson you will eat together everything that has been prepared. At the end of the dinner you will not have to worry about cleaning, our staff will take care of it. The service lasts 4-5 hours. A minimum of 4 people per booking is required

Lucia Scota, the cook, and Delia Man, her assistant, made the occasion fun and quite instructive. However, there were some issues which need to be addressed. The course was booked for 10:00 a.m., but Lucia did not arrive until mid-afternoon, and Delia (who had the same set of directions) got lost and arrived later. It would have been sensible to ask in advance whether any of the guests had allergens, and to inform guests in advance what was the proposed menu. Printed cooking instructions would have been helpful. After instructing the first course, making pasta, and making bread, Lucia made the chicken and the sauce without explanation or demonstration. There was some reluctance to add a smidgeon of rum to the tiramisu. Because of the staff’s late arrival and the length of the course, and that the guests had had a late lunch, eating the meals was postponed to the following day, and were found to be delicious.

Lucia and her assistant,Dehlia,, showed up right on time. And our villa was off a long dirt road. Lucia did a fabulous job reaching us how to make pasta dough and bread. We rolled the dough and cut it. She also showed us her method for making chicken cacciatore. We also helped her prepare tiramisu. After preparation we sat down to a delicious dinner served by Lycia and Dehlia. It was all a lot of fun and no stress. Lycia is an excellent chef and teacher. This experience was A+.

My friends and I did the cooking class at our villa while on a girls trip to Italy and this was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip! Francesco and Mareike were both so great. They worked so well together. Francesco taught us how to make pasta and had us help with the tiramisu as well. Mareike made sure we had the best time, the table looked amazing and made sure the wine was flowing. The food was great, the service was great and they were both so nice and so funny. I don’t think my friends and I had any other activities during our trip where we laughed so hard and had so much fun. One of our group had some dietary requirements and Mareike and Francesco made sure to accomodate her in the planned menu. I was also super impressed when someone else let Francesco know she didn’t like coffee he quickly switched out the coffee in her dessert for something she’d like as well. Would absolutely recommend for anyone interested in doing a class while in Umbria! Such great value too!

After calls and emails and wasting a lot of my time for two days no chef ever showed up. Now I have to waste time making sure TripAdvisor does not charge me $600.

What a wonderful experience! Our chef Lucia and Valentina were fantastic! They brought everything with them needed to create an authentic Italian meal experience at our villa. We made authentic Italian torta al testo (Umbrian flatbread) meat ravioli, chicken cacciatore and incredible tiramisu! From prep to cleanup, these amazing ladies did it all and left us with lasting memories of Italian cooking. We loved the experience from start to finish!

We learned a lot - hands on and got great pictures. Meeting the other foreign couple was a great experience in itself. They were a friendly family and easy to get along with. Things that could have made it a 5 Star experience: 1) Airconditioning; cooking got very hot in the kitchen. 2) Recipes for the items we cooked. We cooked amazing things but I can’t remember all the ingredients!

We opted to do a cooking class on our last night in Orvieto at our villa for something fun which also allowed us to have a beautiful dinner as well. Our chef was fabulous. We got to choose our menu and even had a wine pairing. He was great with the kids and even answered questions about other recipes that we wanted to improve on. So much better than a night out. The food was amazing! 20 stars!!🤩

David arrived ready to cook and was an excellent teacher. He let us try all the stages and get our hands dirty. We made four kinds of bread and pasta noodles, a fresh tomato sauce, chicken cacciatore and pancotto. It was all delicious. David was kind and fun! We loved it all.
