What To Expect

Our wine tasting will take place in the lovely hill town of Spello, far the most beaten touristy roads. Wine tasting lunch menu: - Selection of Bruschette with 2 different olive oil types. One was mentioned also on NY Times and the second is the olive oil used by some of the most famous chefs in the world. - Home made pasta with truffle or home made Lasagna - Meat - Cheese tasing with honey - Dessert and coffee. Grappa Meanwhile tasting our delicious food, you will try 4 wines. The wine and olive oil tasting are very professional, held by a master sommelier in English language. All the products that you will try are not available in most of the foreign countries and specially not in USA. Buying and shipping products will be possible.

We had a terrific wine tasting lunch. Hosted by a brother-sister duo, we were treated to fabulous wines, delicious olive oil, and a terrific lunch. All in a beautiful cafe. Our hosts were knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered several bottles to be shipped home and they arrived with ease.

This is serious wine tasting for enthusiasts who really want to learn more about local wines and their production in Tuscany and Umbria from true experts. The food parings are excellent quality and reasonable portions for a lunch that doesn't leave you ready only for napping. The brother and sister team are not only knowledgeable but also engagingly pleasant, and they communicate their passion for their family occupation very, very well even in English. The price of the experience indicates the level of interest aimed at and the quality of the wines; this is not for people who think $30 is too much to pay for a bottle of wine.

Impressive knowledge. Beautiful food, interesting wines. We arrived very early for our event, but they were kind and let us start. Beautiful outdoor restaurant setting in the centre of Spello.

This wine and trufle tasting was one of the highlights of our trip to Spello! I didn't expect to taste so many fantastic wines or to enjoy the food so much. Everyone was so friendly and we felt very welcome from the moment the tasting started. We sent home olive oil and wine and we can't wait to enjoy it again when we return. A really fun way to spend a few hours in this gorgeous town.

Luca and his father Roberto have ex exceptional knowledge about Spello, the region and especially wine! Had an incredible wine tasting and would highly recommend! Great priced wines for shipping too. Perfect day trip excursion.

Luca and Roberta were fabulous, entertaining and interesting. The wines, food and olive oil were so good we have ordered some to be shipped home. It was a great 2 1/2 hours and we found the wine and food combination was exceptional. Loved the pasta and truffles with the olive oil.
