  Our party of 4 had a very good relaxing private transport experience with Imad. The only reason for a 4 star vs 5 star rating was we would have appreciated him to be conversant during the journey. He was punctual and excellent driver especially once we hit the horrible traffic in Casablanca including unknown street closures due to construction. The 3 hour journey allowed us to take in the countywide sites (not many!) along the way. It gives you an appreciation of the land of Morocco and the differences between the major cities and rural life.

  When booking on your website, we checked the radius for the hotel was within the boundary. When we met the driver at the airport, they told us that it was cost an extra €10 to take us. Not having € on us, we had to pay 200MAD so we paid double to the taxi man that we paid in advance. Felt like a scam.

  Awful: left stranded at airport. Driver ghosted you and we were left to make other arrangements. We waited and hoped he would turn up. This never happened. Pre booked and paid and driver/company took the money.

  Great, airport was busy and gentleman found d us to say we might have to wait 5 mins for car as so many vehicles was hard to reach us but that's fine. Car clean, swift transfer happy
