5.00We visited the Cousiño Macul Vineyard during our stay in Santiago and it was a fantastic experience. The premium tour included private roundtrip transportation in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle, which made everything very easy. In total the visit took about 3 hours and 30 minutes, with a 1.5 hour guided walk through the vineyards, the 19th century wineries, the family cava “La Biblioteca” and the underground museum. We learned about the family’s history and sustainable practices while tasting six wines – three during the tour and three premium wines with a pairing – as well as receiving a souvenir glass. The vineyard is quiet, elegant and full of history; a place where tradition and unpretentious authenticity are mixed. The number of people was perfect, small groups that allowed to enjoy calmly and without crowds. The staff was exceptional: attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable, which made the tour closer and more entertaining. I recommend this visit especially for couples, small groups or wine lovers looking for an authentic and high quality experience without leaving the city. A historic gem just minutes from Santiago, with outstanding wines and impeccable hospitality.

Cousiño Macul is a beautiful, historic vineyard with a peaceful atmosphere and incredible wines. The private experience made it even better — our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the tasting fun and easy to follow. Six wines, each unique, with stories behind every sip. Highly recommend if you want to escape the city and enjoy real Chilean wine culture.ne!!
