This was a really good way to take in some of the awesome sites in the city, while getting educated on some of Curaçao's rich history. Mr Hamilton is a great tour guide and seems to have a passion for his job and his country. You obviously will be walking quite a bit but he breaks it up with a couple of interesting stops, one of which allows you to enjoy a local refreshment. I'd definitely recommend it.

Walking tour through various points of interest, cultural , historical. Junior Hamilton was an excellent tour guide. Personable, very knowledgeable about the history of the island and historical facts. He has a wonderful , easygoing personality which made this tour a fun experience. He not only talked about history but about the food and customs and there was even free ice cream made by a local to sweeten our experience.

Our wallking tour was just what we needed to get familiarized with the island of Curacao. We were staying in Jan Thiel so we didn't have the opportunity to simply walk the streets of Willemstad until the tour. It was so informative. Our tour guide was very knowledgable, kind, patient and had a great sense of humor. He took the time to learn everyone's names and he encouraged personal interaction among the group. We learned so much on the tour. I was amazed at how easily we were able to walk into the Parliment area. We were able to see several member of Parliment talking with news people as they were installing a new government that day. There are so many talented artist on the island. We enjoyed the beautiful murals and stops along the tour that gave us a few minutes to see great art and get a break from the heat.
