I feel like the tour guides should have offered a refund or partial refund due to not being able to travel the normal route. I had to take a lyft to go see MLK statue after the tour was over. I feel like the cycling/marathon event was knew of before hand.

Our guide was excellent! We were in the midst of a bike marathon and a lot of the roads were closed but somehow he managed to get us to the monuments anyhow. He was very knowledgeable about American History and was also very fun.

She was knowledgeable about the area and details were great. We all had enough time to get photos at each area. The stops had a drink and food station as well as restroom. She helped us find the gift shop. Because the tour ones had nothing good. But I love dc gifts was perfect had great gifts for those wanting them. Plus the fact you have a pickup at area where they have building to park the hotel was kind enough to let us in for drinks and restroom breaks as well as let us wait in the lobby for the car to arrive. All in all our trip was only a day and it was great. Disabled/atage4cancer so this was perfect so I didn’t have to walk. Yes some stops required walking up steps to see the sights. She also took photos and the other riders and us took turns getting photos at each sight. They waited for me to get up and back. It was a great experience for us all . Recommend it
