Operating Schedule:Get ready for a memorable experience in the heart of the Alentejo, exploring two of the region's most charming and authentic locations: Évora and, if selected, the historic village of Monsaraz, with a delicious tasting of Alentejo wines. Our tour kicks off with a departure from Lisbon to Évora, a city classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Accompanied by a specialized guide, you'll take a tour of the city's historic streets and visit: The Chapel of Bones, with its walls covered in human skulls and bones; The grand Cathedral of Évora, with its panoramic terrace and Gothic architecture; The impressive Roman Temple of Diana, a symbol of the Roman presence in Portugal. You'll also have free time for lunch and to explore the historic center of Évora at your own pace, with typical regional gastronomic suggestions such as black pork, migas alentejanas, or traditional queijadas. After lunch, we'll head to the medieval village of Monsaraz, one of the most charming destinations in Alentejo, with participants who choose the extended option. Perched on a hilltop and surrounded by well-preserved walls, Monsaraz offers panoramic views of Lake Alqueva and a real journey back in time. As part of the full experience, this option also includes a tasting of Alentejo wines at a local producer, where you can savor typical labels and learn more about the region's winemaking process. After the visit, we'll head back to Lisbon, arriving around 5:00 PM, wrapping up an unforgettable day filled with Alentejo's unique landscapes, history, and flavors. - Minimum 2 people per booking.

5.00We made the tour of Évora and Monsaraz and was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences of the trip! The tour was super engaging, light and nothing exhausting. Knowing these places with an experienced guide made all the difference: he was extremely attentive and patient, has an incredible knowledge of the history and knows how to tell everything in such an interesting way that he draws attention all the time and also ensures that we all took the most advantage of the experience. This made the tour even more special and memorable. I highly recommend!

1.00Unfortunate , do not mark with them in any way , irresponsible to the maximum , informed us shortly before that would not have the tour nor whats had the responsibility of sending, would a quiet holiday? So don't buy Packages from this agency.
