Didn't see much wildlife, but there's never a guarantee about seeing them. Biggest frustration is not receiving our refund for the park service admission. We showed our National Park Senior Service Pass and were told we'd receive the admission fee within 10 days. After 60 days and numerous contacts to the finance department, the only response is the refund is up to the property manager, but no contact information is provided for the property manager.

The pick up and ride around Denali was fantastic! The scenery was tremendous and the bus driver did an excellent job pointing out stops and showing the wildlife. Highly recommend!

I would give it a good review only because of Nathan, our driver, to and from the tour, was very polite and full of great information. I chose a POOR rating because of the cost compared to what you actually receive from Denali Transportation Services. What you are paying for is transportation from your hotel to the main tour bus check-in at Denali Park, the entrance fee, transportation from Denali to the restaurant (that is pricey and your responsibility to pay for), and then back to the Denali area for shopping. They also offer transportation back to your hotel. I understand that this company backs up its price saying it is "reliable transportation," but the cost is still steep. If you drive to Denali Park, the $15 individual entrance fee you pay also includes your tour bus ticket that is run by the park and not the company you are booking this tour from. That is it. One way this company could justify their cost is to pay for the dinner that is a stop on their tour. It's not like people are just going to sit in the van and wait for others to eat when they don't want to spend the extra money to do that. It's almost like you are forced to eat at that location. Maybe offer to pay up to a certain dollar amount like $50 (not to include alcohol beverages).

This was a 5 hour bus tour with a few stops. Lisa, our driver was very informative and we learned a lot along the way. I would definitely recommend this

Very disappointed. The “trip” was basically just pick up and drop off from Hotel to the park and to the visitor center. You could totally use the free Hotel Shuttle and the Park’s shuttle and tour services yourself. Which could save you $150! The tour description is very misleading unfortunately.

This was one of the excursions offered by our cruise, had a wonderful experience traveling roads inside the park. Guide was very knowledgeable and willing to stop at sighting of wild life.

My bad for not doing enough research on what this tour provides but it is NOT NOT NOT worth the money. Total & complete rip off!!!! All they do it pick up from lodging, drive to bus depot to take a park shuttle into the park. Then pick up from depot after & drive to the visitor center for an hour visit. Then drive to local brewery for lunch on your own dime , then to local shopping area (didn’t know about this part) & back to lodging. If you’re just wanting to just go to the park, there are usually free lodging shuttles to the park & the park bus is super cheap. We ditched this at the visitor center to go to the dog kennels. Lost a ton of money but lesson learned. Could have done what we wanted to for next to nothing. Please learn from my mistake & don’t book this trip. You will just lose money. It’s not Denali in a day, it’s Denali in about a total of 20-30 minutes of their driving for almost $200 PP.

We were disappointed because our bus tour to Denali park was cancelled and the bus returned due to unexpected snow storm. It was not the tour companies fault. Three star review is not about the tour company. Nathan was amazing and accommodated us after we were back to Bus Depot. We were told by the Park employees that we will get refund automatically but since we booked our trip through Viator, we would need to contact them. We are hoping that we will receive our refund soon.

Price Performance was not good; just driving us to the Bus Station in the Park, to the Restaurant, Visitor Center- there were only transfers and this for 200$ per person

Spend your money somewhere else than on this tour. We had a tour guide who didn't like to talk. It wasn't just me who was disappointed it was everyone on the bus.
