The guide and group were really dull. The guide did nothing to engage the group. It made for a long boring day. The wineries we went to were not great either. I would not recommend this tour or guide.

We did this tour earlier this week. It was a great tour and felipe our guide was fantastic - he was very knowledgeable about wines and Portuguese history and he had a great sense of humour. The first stop was a great location - the wines, olive oil and honey were all fantastic. We then had a traditional Portuguese lunch with soup, pork and cod dishes, which were all good. We then did a boat tour in the Douro valley / the scenery was very picturesque. The next stop on the afternoon involved a port tasting - all of the ports were again very good. Would highly recommend this tour!

While the guide was awesome, the itinerary failed to deliver. All of us on this trip were quite disappointed. I would absolutely not recommend this tour unless they change it substantially.

The Douro Valley is a must visit. Bernardo was a brilliant guide, very knowledgeable and informative. I booked the trip on the day of my husbands 60th birthday and he said he couldn't of thought of anything better whilst visiting Porto. We visited 2 vineyards, had a boat trip down the Douro and lunch included. There were only 8 of us. A couple from South Africa. A couple from Colorado and a father and son from California. They were a great bunch. A thoroughly enjoyable day
