5.00Our guide, Alex was extremely knowledgeable about both wines and the region. Both tastings were fascinating and fun. And the landscape in the area is absolutely stunning. The lunch was excellent, and the boat ride was very relaxing and beautiful. Highly recommended. One note--from Porto it's a 90 minute drive to the wine region, so you will spend quite a lot of time in the vehicle, but the pleasant conversation with Alex made the time fly by.

5.00A wonderful way to experience the Douro valley. Our guide Rodrigo was very informative. We loved that this tour showcased family owned wineries. It was a nice treat to taste local olive oil and honey. Lunch was great and we never ran out of wine!

5.00The tour was a great day , pick up was seamless as was drop off , even though we took the tour the day of a feast (São João). Our tour guide Andrea was very knowledgeable and accommodating she made the trip informative and fun. Highly recommend her as your guide. The trip is well worth the cost as you visit 2 vineyards take a boat tour on Douro River and have a delicious lunch.
