It is quite a rush trip due to traffic more than anything. In exchange we have a very good guide, Mihai. Learnt a lot by his way like a story teller

The guide, Silvia, is a great professional, has helped us a lot throughout the day, including organizing since the previous afternoon, with precise instructions. He explained very well the castle of Peles during the guided tour, and gave us very interesting guidelines for the visit to Brasov, and Bran Castle. He has great knowledge about Romanian history, culture and traditions, and has given us very good suggestions for the rest of the stay in Bucharest. Very happy and very grateful for your help.

No time for anything. You make 3 stops, at each stop you are between 1 hour and 11⁄2 hours. The rest of the time it's driving. Forget about being able to enter the castles to visit. Not enough time. Don’t sit down and eat anywhere or drink anything, it will take time, better all to take or bring food in a bag. The guide and the driver go with the firecracker in their ass, if you are not there, they do not wait for you and go to the next point. One of the stops was missing a couple and we left without them. Fortunately the group revealed themselves and convinced them to turn around and go find them. I recommend if you have days to visit, better to rent a car, go on your own and sleep there. If you have little time this will be your only option. That's what it is. Get the idea that you're going to go take a picture and get back on the bus.

Our guide Vlad accompanied the visit with his great sympathy, which made us smile throughout the day, itself quite tiring due to the long bus rides

Our tour itself was great, but unfortunately our tour guide, Alex, completely ruined the experience. You couldn’t ask him a simple question without being met with attitude or a snappy response. He was dismissive, rude, and incredibly passive aggressive. He was also extremely unprofessional and became visibly annoyed because we wouldn’t purchase tickets from him, simply because we had no cash. Thank God we didn’t only afterwards did we realise he was charging more than double the official price. The entrance fee to the castle is €18, yet he demanded €40 on the bus, manipulating tourists by saying tickets might sell out and implying he would guide us inside. In reality, all he did was walk the group about four minutes from the bus to the castle entrance and then leave us there. He then group shamed a girl for being 3 minutes late back to the bus after the tour. No one should feel intimidated, pressured, or deceived on a tour they paid for. The tour and destination were wonderful, but Alex made the journey unnecessarily stressful. I truly hope the company addresses this, because no customer should be treated this way.

The places they took us very nice but the “guide” to call it somehow was the worst. It really is as if we hired only transportation to go to the different sites and nothing else. Being a small group, we shared the bus with an Italian group. They were in the back of the bus with their guide who was telling them curiosities of Romania, history, information of the places we were going, etc. Meanwhile, our guide Silvia briefly explained the three stops we were going to make in a tone of voice so low that only the first rows of the bus heard it. We who were in the middle didn't hear anything. Then he approached and in two minutes he told us what he had said before in 10 minutes: the stops and duration of the excursion and that if we want guided tour in the sites are 40€ per person. Later you gave us all a QR that took you to some typical YouTube audios with standard Romanian information (not even castles) As soon as we get off the bus at the first stop, it brings together the group that if you paid for the guide and the others you didn’t even explain a minimum of where we were or what to see here. This was repeated with all the stops. Okay, I didn’t book the guided tour during the stop but the more than 6 hours we were on the bus didn’t open our mouths, while the Italian guide was giving his group information all the time during the trips, regardless of whether they paid or not. That's why I'm saying it's like you're just paying for transportation, because the guide is like I'm gone. Then he said he spoke quietly because he had angina, but from the one we returned to Bucharest, I used the bus microphone to say goodbye, so there were resources. In short, the excursion is a must to go to Romania but look for another guide because this was as if it was not there.

It was a very long, tho mostly beautiful ride the castle itself is "decorated" with black crows, skeletons at the dining table and flying bats all wrapped in "web" - totally cheesy! It also was shoulder to shoulder with some scary flights of stairs.

Although the time did not help much, we liked the organization of the tour and above all the ability of Otilia to explain everything very well and in clear and simple English. We like it a lot. Thanks. Alexandra and James
