Spend you day with one of the original indigenous communities in Panama, the Embera Queras, who live next to lake Gatun, where you will learn about their culture, history, and even take a workshop of their language, music, dance, flora and fauna, crafts, traditional fishing or agriculture.
Make a little hiking to arrive to a beautiful waterfall in the middle of the jungle, where you can swim.
After your visit the Sloth Sanctuary in Gamboa Resort, this place rescues Sloths and take care of them until they are ready to come back to the nature.
This is trip support the local community, most of the money goes to the embera quera families.

Your guide will Pick up in your hotel around 8am, in your private car with AC;

Just about 50min from Panama city, right in the middle of the jungle, in a Island just for them. The Panama goverment has respected their lands, and they are very happy to welcome new people and share their part of the story. They major concen is to lose their identity but showing their culture everyday makes them really passionate and proud of who they are and why so many people wants to visit them for a friendly exchange. They want to practice their english and learn also about you! Lunch is fresh food, such as fried fish, fruits, rice and bananas. Visit before or after the community a very nice waterfall in the middle of the jungle, a little walk for about 20-30 minutes is needed to arrive to this beautiful place
Primate Refuge and Sanctuary of Panama
Take your car in direction to the Sloth sactuary in Gamboa Resort, in this place you will have around 1 hour to explore at your own pace the 5-6 sloths in this sanctuary, there is also exposition of butterflies, frogs and orchids included.
