1.00Don’t book. Although I booked this back in July for November and confirmed directly with Richie at that time, today when I reached out to reconfirm meeting instructions , I was notified with less than 12 hours notice that their vehicle has been broken down for months and can’t provide tour. Too late for me to book an alternative and I’m now having to chase a refund, plus I’m left stranded, despite them knowing for a long time they couldn’t provide tour.
