Tour operator was great and very knowledgeable. The bus ride was long, but the scenery at the fiords was worth it.

Very disorganized due to multiple ships coming in. Tour left 1 hour late so we only had 25 minutes at Bell museum.

We booked a small group tour that was supposed to leave at 10 AM. Instead we were put on a bus with 30+ other people from several different ships. We waited on the bus for an hour until the last passengers arrived. Because we left an hour late we got too little time at each attraction. Our ship wasn’t leaving until 5:30 but because we had people from a ship that was leaving at 4:30 we had to be back for them and we didn’t see everything we signed up for. Our guide was pleasant and tried to mollify a bus filled with angry people but most of us were very unhappy. I expect Viator to better vet the tour companies they contract with. I think Something should be done to compensate us for a very disappointing day.

We were very disappointed about this experience. We expected a small van with few passengers. Instead we got a full large bis with 40 passengerpassengetd which departed almost an hour later rhan scheduled. Every stop was rushed. We only got to spend 20 minutes in the A.G. Bell museum. The tour director spoke incessantly on rhe microphone and most of what he said was bearly intelligible. He didnt even give us a quiet break to enjoy the fall foliage. Altogether a very unpleasant day.

We had the very best day of our cruise on this tour with Roshen! He was prompt, detailed, and gave us so much unique info about the area. Roshen is a local and an expert of the surrounding towns and Cabot Trail. He showed us so many great stops! Be sure to check out the Clucking Hen! We could not be more satisfied with our tour or our tour guide- they were both the very best!
