What To Expect

After picking you up from a meeting point we will drive to the most picturesque village of Santorini – Oia where you will be given free time to discover its beauties. Firostefani We also visit the famous Blue Dome Church in Firostefani, the subject of so many Santorini’s postcards. The tour will be continued with a drive to the Eastern part of Santorini to visit a cozy village of Kamari located on the Black beach (some free time). Shops, coffee shops, taverns, and beautiful spots can be found all over the place waiting for you to explore it, or maybe even to swim in its waters awarded by the Blue Flag. Then we depart to the highest point of the island – Profitis Ilias mountain. We approach Profitis Ilias Monastery to enjoy the views, to visit St. Nectarius church, to taste local products made by the monks with a possibility to buy the ones that you like the most. Return us back to the meeting point at the end of the tour.

Our group of 4 had an excellent afternoon in Santorini with our guide named Tasos. He really knew his way around the island and taught us a great deal about its history. We learned about the importance of grapes in Santorini and the unique way that they grow there. We saw an ancient cave house carved into the volcanic deposits in Megalochori and went from the ruins at Akrotiri all the way to the island's highest point at the Prophet Elias Monastery. And we got to sample the excellent Santorini wine at a charming little cafe. We highly recommend Tasos and this tour.

We had a wonderful day exploring Santorini. Our driver was punctual, well spoken, showed us the beautiful locations and views and helped us avoid crowds as much as possible. I feel, we may have had an unpleasant day in Santorini without him. Thank you

We had a really great tour of santorini with our tour guide Nikolas. He was very knowledgeable and had great info about the island. He picked us up from the top of cable car and walked us to the car. We were a little late due to our cruise ship but it was no problem. We went to firostefani 5min away and then straight to Oia to hopefully beat the crowds. Nikolas was great and knew all of the spots we were able in some cases to brush past 30+ people in line for a picture spot only to go to another great spot just a little further down with the same view! Definitely helpful to have a local guide. He also helped us navigate the busy streets when tour groups or people in lines would take up the whole walkway. He was always very polite and professional and after seeing Oia we drove around the island to a few other spots he recommended. He always offered to take our photos together as well. I would highly recommend tour with him again!

Great tour. Appreciated the 1:1 attention, and personalization. Our driver was out tour guide and he was able to tell us things about local like and some history along the way. We were very thankful for the air conditioned vehicle and felt taken care of the entire time. I would definitely recommend as you get to see so much of the island you otherwise would not if stopping for a short trip. They were willing to meet us in various locations and communicated well leading up to the experience.

On the day of our tour, we were notified the time would be changed from what I booked. Unfortunately, the delay in tour start tine did not work for us. I was still charged although we did not take the tour. Because the tour time was changed approx 90 minutes before scheduled I could not cancel within the time frame. I would suggest if the company changes the tour time they allow customers to cancel without charge.

We had an excellent tour, thank you – it exceeded our expectations. Tasos our guide was so informative and helpful, we learnt a lot about the island and it’s history. He took us to some places that we would never have found ourselves. We would thoroughly recommend a tour with Tasos!
