• Never Again….Buyer Beware of the Low Cost!

  Should’ve known better. Had reserved with them last summer. Shuttle was not there.. had to get another shuttle with a different company. After purchasing that they called she say they were waiting for him and that they had maintenance. However, this company never called to say that and all attempts to call them led to a voicemail. Fast forward to today and they weren’t at the pick up point. My son waited 30 minutes. 10 minutes before the pick up time till 20 minutes after before letting me know that they weren’t there. I called and they said they were calling, but they had my phone number wrong. I did have one digit off on the phone number, however they had sent me an email trying to get him on a 4 o’clock shuttle. They advertise another hour later shuttle from what he was supposed to be on but over the phone. They told me they did not offer that so he would now have to wait another four hours for their last shuttle. My son advised that he had been standing in front of the exact number listed on the ticket. And there had been a big motorcoach in that bay until 20 minutes after the schedule pick up time. He said there was no van there. The lady was quite rude over the phone and told me it was my own fault. When I found the email that they sent through Viator I figured out that they didn’t have enough people and we’re trying to combine. He refused a refund but due to that email Viator was able to quickly refund. I don’t care if they give away transfers for a dollar I will never book this company again. Their attitude and words that they use to me is something that as a travel agent, I will never accept for myself let alone a client. To tell me they do not offer a 6 PM shuttle is a complete lie. Looking for the next day here is a screenshot of what they offer. A company does not usually try to get you to go on another subtle unless they don’t have enough people on the scheduled one and they’re trying to move you to save themselves some money or due to staffing issues. I am mad at myself for having given them a second chance.
