Our guide was Henry who was phenomenal and very knowledgeable about the area. Kept us engaged with the stories of the history of the French quarter.

We had Omar as our guide. He was very knowledgeable about the area and had great information about local history.

Hopefully the next group will have a better guide. Our guide spoke too quietly, did not keep us engaged and we left early due to the experience.

Well narrated tour of the French quarter. 2 hours well spent. Our guide was super funny and knowledgeable, shared and showed some of the music origins from New Orleans.

We purchased this tour scheduled for 1:00, and arrived at 1:02 due to a wrong turn in getting there (and called to tell the operator we were going to be slightly late). We also received a text at 12:35 informing us that we needed to be there at 12:45 (this was the first time we had been given this information!) When we arrived at 1:02, we were told the tour had left 10 min prior (which was 8 min before it was advertised to begin). The employee refused to tell us which direction the tour had started in so that we could potentially catch up with them, and refused a refund.

This was included in our resort destination fee at the Westin - some times we skip this kind of stuff but I am so glad we didn't on this one. He kept the tour moving and was very interesting - only 5 us in group kept it managable enough to ask questions and keep moving along in spite of MG crowds! Would definitely do another tour with this outfit - everyone was super nice at thier store front too.

Take this tour to learn more about the French Quarter from an enthusiastic guide. On our tour there was only one other couple so it was almost a private tour.

Walking historic tour of the French Quarter was great! Our guide Robin was super knowledgeable and passionate about the tour and history of her city! Well worth the cost and a good way to learn some history of the city!

Dry, boring, hard to hear. These tours are so dependent on the guide you get. Ours was not enthusiastic or engaging and did not tell very memorable or interesting stories. She covered the history of New Orleans in general for about half of the tour while we stood on the sidewalk, then we started walking around the French Quarter. She pointed out a few interesting things in the quarter but we were zoned out by then.
