4.00The driver was a nice guy. He picked us up from the hotel. It is a long ride, much of it either winding mountain roads or the usual traffic congestion in the Sao Paulo area. I think the shuttle vehicle that is used depends on the number of people who sign up for the ride. Our vehicle was a small bus with about 15 seats for the 5 of us. Nit picking - the seats are cramped. There wasn't much legroom especially if the person in front of you reclines their seat. But this is a minor inconvenience - worth the privilege of having a professional driver.

5.00This service was first class and very good value for money. Communication was clear and our driver Ines, arrived on time. He explained everything clearly including when we would be stopping for a short break and was conscious of the fact that we had a plane to catch. His driving was faultless. Despite the language barrier he pointed out landmarks and explained various points of interest. If you want to take the stress out of travelling I cannot recommend enough.
