What To Expect

Pick up from your accommodation or closest bus stop in Reykjavík. The pick up can take up to half an hour.
On the way to Snæfellsnes Peninsula, we will pass a wonderful little town called Borgarnes. The journey to this place is absolutely phenomenal – we will drive through a fjord and many scenic mountains. Borgarnes was one of the first places Norwegian Vikings settled when they arrived in Iceland.

5.00We looked for a last moment one day trip to finish our vacation and we found the perfect location. Tanya was a wonderful host that explained to us lots of interesting information. We specially enjoyed the seals beach and church mountain stops, wish we could have spent more time on them. It is a long day excursion, but scenery and stops are well worth it. It was also something different from the usual single day excursions from Reykjavik that we could find, since it wasn’t one going to the south of the island. If you have time I recommend this little scape.

5.00This tour allows us to see beautiful sights, the TROLL agency was really perfect: the timing, the comfort, our driver guide Jacob gave us plenty of explanations and was very attentive and helpful (there were 14 of us in the minibus) Stops at remarkable sites and with its advice have always No meals required, we had the choice to have lunch or not if we preferred to stay to visit with an allotted time We recommend this tour and agency

5.00Rakel did took us on an excellent trip. She was knowledgeable about the places we went, told us about the significance, helped us understand the importance in both her life and Icelandic culture or history, as well as supporting us by taking wonderful pictures and showing us the way to see the most beautiful views. We are so lucky we had her!

5.00I was in a group with Raquel, and she was really nice to us. She told us heart warming stories about the pebbles beach, and kindly helped all of us look for northern lights on our way back. This was not included in our itinerary but she did so many outside of itinerary things for us to make our experience more amplified. Good photo spots too. Cheers to Raquel and troll!

5.00Although the weather is. very cold, and our schedule is quite tense, we have visited many places, our tour guide, she was very enthusiastic about everything, she give us an expected stops to a view point and also let us take a photo of the North ernlights, which is not a part of the schedule at all, she is locsl, and she shows us her belief and faith in all the energy that this place brought, which let me feel a really tight bounding with this place. I love the experience and would highly recommend everyone to try it

5.00Long but fabulous day. Lots of short stops which we loved with enough time to take pictures and absorb each place. Hilde our guide was wonderful! It did get a little uncomfortable on the long drive home though with a full minibus but it's worth it.
