4.00When we booked the tour, it was advertised as lunch included so we were disappointed when we discovered we had to purchase our own lunch. The tour has since been updated to indicate lunch is not included.

5.00Great trip and our guide Heidi was fun and very knowledgeable. Loved the black beach but it was cold and windy so be prepared for the weather! All the stops were great and the area is breathtaking.

5.00Excellent tour guide from the Bus Travel Iceland tour, her name is Anna. This excursion took us to 6 attractions, very great scenery, a lot to see. Anna presented a good history of Iceland and description of each attraction. Good time management and good value.

1.00Through Vidor we booked Bus travel Iceland. That was the name of the tour of company bus travel Iceland. I chatted with them continuously through the Viator app the night before the tour, I confirmed through the app. Showed up for the tour and they were not there. They said they moved the tour up by an hour, but didn’t bother to contact me. Very frustrating. NEVER use Bus Travel Iceland. They left others stranded as well on our cruise and every other tour was sold out. There was nothing we could do.
