5.00Instructions to get to the meeting point were clear and easy to follow. The minibus to the location was comfortable and it's clear Ivan has a genuine passion for his work and was the best host. The location was beautiful. I took the morning trip; although the pools were sheltered from the sun and it was cool, the water was lovely and fresh without being too cold. Highly recommend!

3.00Not sure about this one. The tour guide was friendly however we only had about one hour and 20 mins at the pools as we stopped for a bathroom break on the way there. We expected the pools to be warm however they were 23 degrees c. The guide tested the water to prove this. Certainly not as warm as we were expecting!

5.00The water gets deep, so if you are not a good swimmer don’t go too far down the river from the shore towards the canyon. At the end, there is a nice waterfall. The rocks can be sharp so maybe wear water shoes if you have sensitive feet.
