1.00Absolute complete ripoff avoid atall cost paid $95 for 2 hour tour in Valencia got to meeting place early and til til did not show. Multiple calls to viator and tour operator were not answered or returned Tour had our phone number and email but did not call or return messages. The worst.

1.00We arrived early at the designated meeting spot and waited for over an hour, but the operator never showed. We left multiple chat messages through the app and even a voicemail, but never received a response. In the end, we were out €174 with no communication or resolution. Very disappointing, especially since the Viator activity we booked the day before was the complete opposite—excellent communication and very professional. This experience was night and day in terms of reliability and customer care.
