For lots of fun under the sun, you can't beat a day at South Sea Island. Approx 30 minute ferry ride from Port Denarau.
It may be small in size, but there is plenty to keep you entertained. The hardest part is choosing what to do first! There is a salt water swimming pool and FREE use of non-motorized water sports equipment, including kayaking and sailing. Discover the underwater world with hours of snorkelling or jump on board the semi-submersible coral viewer.
A tasty BBQ buffet lunch, beer, wine and soft drinks are included while ashore.
Although the island is uninhabited, you can still get a taste of Fijian culture with a traditional Meke performance and craft market Monday to Saturday.

Diving (additional cost). Diving in this area you can encounter drop offs and wall dives with lots of hard corals, crystal clear water & large schools of pelagic fish.

Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby or pick up location 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time
If you do not require pick up, please find your own way to the meeting point - Passenger Terminal, Denarau Marina
The cruise for Nadi and Denarau area departs Denarau at 9.00am and returns to Denarau at 6.00pm.
The cruise for Coral Coast area departs at Denarau at 10.00am and returns to Denarau at 5.00pm
In the event of adverse weather and sea conditions, we retain the right to cancel all water-based activities, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking, and the Subsea Adventure in our semi-submersible.
Please bring swimsuit, towel, protective clothing from the sun including a hat and sunblock, light jacket or sweater during the cooler months, money or credit card for optional purchases, your camera and sense of fun!

2.00Overall experience was ok - pick up from hotel was ok as it was in a minivan. - once we got to the port, waiting for the vessel was a bit of a nightmare. Had to wait 1 hour before departure. - then another 30-40 mins to get to the island. So getting there was an unpleasant experience. - once there, the faculties on island were ok. Basic but that’s fine. Island in itself was beautiful. - food was horrible. Really basic and not pleasant - staff were friendly. - return trip again was an unpleasant experience. Get to shore was another 40 minutes. Then we had to wait in a coach for our return trip to hotel. We had to wait for another 30-40 minutes for it to fill up before we left for our hotel. Will lot do this again

5.00Excellent place to visit with family. Something for everyone. We went snorkeling and paid extra to scuba. The boys at the dive centre were extremely good at what they do. Very enjoyable experience. The buffet lunch was delicious and having access to unlimited drinks was great. We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the port for our boat ride out. Both were very comfortable rides. Would definitely book this full day trip again!

2.00Would never do this again. The shuttle driver didn’t even announce my hotel and took me all the way to the airport and I had to pay for a taxi home. The check in process is a nightmare at the port and despite confirmed tickets will take 45 minutes to get your boarding pass. The island was fine until they ran out of snorkeling gear for over an hour because they let people check it out with no time limit so they take it and then just let it sit by their chairs not using if for hours. Missed all of the guided snorkeling. This was an absolute and utter waste of my money.

5.00What a wonderful day. Highlight of my fiji trip. Travelled with my 3 year old daughter and mum. They had the time of their lives. Daughter and mums highlight was the submersible boat. Mine was the snorkelling. Cultural singing and dancing was breathtaking. Thanks for having us. So friendly.
