I did the Gettysburg day trip with Alper this past weekend. It was a convenient way to get a quick glimpse of the general area and some of the key spots where the battle took place. Would recommend if you have a free day in DC!

This was an amazing tour. Our driver(Galen) was prompt and very helpful. It was a long and miserable ride from DC. In pouring rain Galen did a great job. Once there, the whole experience was worth every penny. The presentations at the Center and the Museum were so informative. Our local tour guide, as we drove the battlefields, was so very knowledgeable and entertaining. We hated to leave. We would do this tour again.

The driver was very knowledgeable about Gettysburg and talked about it on the drive. And when we got there we had a very good guide who added to the experience. The driver was very accommodating and engaged with his passengers. I have been to Gettysburg myself by car but learned a lot more with a guide.
