What To Expect

Prepare to experience Ghana through food. In 4 hours you will learn to make the best Jollof you ever tasted. You will cook under the tutelage of our seasoned Ghanaian chefs in making authentic Ghanaian Jollof. The cooking session will cover all accompaniments that make the perfect plate of jollof complete with coleslaw, protein of choice, green chili sauce and kelewele (spicy fried plantain). Other options for main course include; Fufu and Light Soup, Yam and Palava Sauce, Red-Red (fried plantain with beans), Waakye, Banku with Okro Soup or opt for the deconstructed version if you so prefer.
