2.00I purchased an individualized five hour tour and sent an email the day before telling them that I had already been to the vasa Museum, which was one of the two museums on the itinerary. I received response that it could be modified since it was an individualized agenda. When the guide showed up, he thought it was for a two hour tour and knew nothing about the previous message. The guide was fine but ill informed Of the booking.
