  They were not at the location described at all. they said to easily find them just outside of the cruise port entrance. No one was there no signs no nothing. We have some locals and they said just walk along the beach and eventually you’ll find them. We never really did we saw some jet skis parked on the sand but no one was around no like this no nothing. I attempted to contact the two operator with no response. Only after I complained to the customer service line on the website. Did the tour operator finally start sending some messages four hours later when we were due to be back onto our cruise ship. I’ve asked for a refund since nothing described took place. However no one will contact me back about a potential refund. This is the worst experience ever.

  I rarely write negative reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share my experience. The jet skis were in such bad shape that I felt unsafe being out on the water and wanted to end the tour early. The guides offered no assistance, and the company was very difficult to reach for directions. Between the lack of communication and the deteriorating equipment, this was a very frustrating experience. I would recommend looking elsewhere until they perform necessary maintenance and staff training

  This was my life's worst, most terrifying experience, and I wish I could give zero stars. Aqua Jet Jet Ski is dangerous, unprofessional, and only cares about money. The ocean was extremely rough because a hurricane had just passed which they shared with me after one of the jet skis wasn’t working, and they never advised us not to go out. No warning, no structure, nothing. They didn’t even give us a safety overview; they just asked if I had jet skied. They knew the conditions but pushed us out anyway. Of course, the jet ski flipped — leaving me and my 11-year-old nephew (neither of whom can swim) stranded in the middle of the ocean. No one circled the sea like they were supposed to; they just sat on the beach watching. I've jet-skied 4 times. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Instead of helping us, the workers swam right past us to grab the jet ski like the machine was more valuable than our lives. They didn’t check if we were okay, didn’t throw life vests, nothing. My brother had to come out himself to help after ignoring their request not to, and in the process, he cut his leg badly. Meanwhile, I already had bruises from the dangerous, rocky walk area that no staff offered to assist us with. They could’ve used better judgment — it’s their island, they knew the risks, and they failed to warn or help us. On top of all that, the staff continued to harass us about $300 for damages, threatening us, and even trying to fight my cousin, who already had a broken leg. They never asked if we were okay — their only concern was money. This company is a nightmare. They are reckless, greedy, and put my family in danger. If you care about your safety and your loved ones, never book with Aqua Jet Jet Ski.

  This is you it’s not a reflection of viator, I booked three jet skis for an excursion at grand Turks as soon as I get on the beach I get an email that has been canceled. I was refunded but disappointed that I didn’t get a chance to jet ski. Although not a reflection of Viator they should be more careful who they partnered up with.
