I went on this tour with my mother who is almost 70. We were very comdortable the whole time. Laurence was very punctual, pleasant, calm and very knowledgeable about the history of the different places. We loved that she is warm and friendly as this makes it feel like a more personal experience which is what I prefer. This is such a great way to comfortably see many beautiful and charming villages and places in one day.

Our tour leader was precisely on time, introduced herself (Laurence) and provided us with a complete description of the day's activities and villages we would be visiting, the time we would be in each village and the free time we would have in each place. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the history and people of the areas visited. All in all it was wonderful and very worthwhile experience. We highly recommend this tour.

We had a wonderful day with Laurence. The tour started with Laurence arriving precisely on time to pick us up. Then we had a fantastic day of visiting medieval villages, admiring beautiful views and tasting local cuisine. Laurence was constantly providing us with a lot of information about history of places we visited and local facts, so you never felt bored or just “travelling from one point to another”. There was always something to absorb, which we found fantastic. Highly recommended trip, very well prepared and organized.

The landscapes? Magnifique. The villages? Charming beyond words. The drive? Smooth and très comfortable. But the vibe in the van? Un peu froid, at least at first. We’re Aussies, so we’re used to a cheerful “G’day” and a bit of banter to kick things off. But when we were picked up by our guide, Nabil, there was no introduction, no “bonjour,” no small talk — just the hum of the van and a long, awkward silence. Let’s just say the first leg of the journey had us wondering if we’d accidentally joined a witness protection program instead of a day tour. There was also a slightly bizarre moment involving a late guest and talk of paying a car fee — possibly dry humour, possibly not — but either way, it didn’t exactly set the tone for a warm and carefree day. Thankfully, once everyone was aboard, Nabil did thaw a little and introduced himself. He was certainly knowledgeable and well-informed — un vrai professionnel — but never quite made that personal connection we’ve experienced on other tours. Watching the guide in the other van, who seemed to be full of energy and laughter, left us feeling a little wistful… le FOMO était réel. In the end, we enjoyed the tour and the beauty of the villages — they truly are stunning — but we left wishing for just a bit more joie de vivre from our guide. Would we do it again? Peut-être pas. But we’ll always remember the views — and the very, very quiet start.

A wonderful tour of the hillside towns of the Côte d’Azur. Laurence was a tremendous guide for the day, adding history and local knowledge to make the tour more meaningful. We enjoyed the comfort of the smaller vans and a/c on a warm day. Thank you Laurence!
