My favorite tour of two weeks filled with tours and travel throughout France and Italy. Laurence was energetic and very knowledgeable about all the towns we traveled through. I highly recommend this to gain an insight into times and places you have not visited before.

I would recommend the train tour to the alps instead of this Medieval town tour by car. You actually see and enter Medieval structures like a giant fort and several churches in the Alps tour. . In this car Medieval tour the main attraction the Palace and gardens no longer allow entry. We were underwhelmed with the experience.

We just returned from our tour with Laurence. We had a wonderful day. My father has a walker and she made sure he was comfortable at every stop. We had just enough time at each town and didn't feel rushed. Laurence was full of energy, information, and passion for this region. We couldn't have asked for a better tour guide. Don't miss having Violette and Provencal ice cream flavors at the third stop.

Such a charming and cozy experience. You get a chance to explore the French countryside and visit the small, isolated villages that look like they are stuck in time. They have this old world charm that is so peaceful, yet there are opportunities to buy crafts, art, and food from around the region. Each village varied on how crowded it was, so you have a good range of how much you want to interact with people. Our guide Laurence was super fun and charming. She gave us insightful background on each village and its significance to French and Italian history. She comfortably drove us to each destination and helped us navigate the villages. She was very sweet and eager to help us love the area as much as she did. The only suggestion I would make for the company is to upgrade to bigger vans. There were seven other people on my tour and the car got a little crowded, especially when you’re driving 40+ minutes out of the city. Aside from that, I think this is a day trip to get a break from the business of Nice and explore more of the rural areas.
