Gonzalo has been a great and super-friendly guide, and the experience was as expected. Amazing landscapes and super organised.

Exactly as described in the page. Our guide Gonzalo was very easy going and helpful, giving options in both English and Spanish.

We’ve traveled extensively throughout Europe and taken several similar coach day trips and this by far was the worst. Started off on the wrong foot when the bus was half an hour late picking us up, forcing us to wait in the rain. Then the most uncomfortable coach I’ve ever ridden in showed up. There were actually two and it was the most chaotic process of getting everyone boarded. It was a double decker, so super cramped. The “guide” on our bus tried to force several of us to take any available seat, meaning you weren’t with your family. Absolutely not! Then it was so stifling hot on the bus and even once on and in motion, it was never comfortable. The driver tried telling us no drinks. On a 10 hour tour?! Are you kidding me? I witnessed the “guide” speak very condescendingly to another tourist. I’m not sure the young girl even spoke English to answer her question so the “ guide” was rude in return. This tour was essentially a bus service. The “guide” provided no real commentary or information and certainly did not lead any sort of tour once we were at any of the stops. The second stop in Grindelwald was for 3 1/2 hours which I feel is far too long as there is not much to do and only one out of the three add-on attractions were even running. It would’ve been nice to have more time at the final stop, which was Interlaken, but by the time we walked all the way from the bus lot into town, we only had an hour. I’m not sure why the driver did not drop us off in town before parking. We are accustomed to doing a lot of walking in Europe and on these tours, but by the final stop, being that it was raining and we did not have a lot of time it would’ve been better if we had been able to be dropped off closer to town. The walk was so long to actually get into the town that not much time was left to do anything. I only gave this tour three stars because of the beautiful landscape and scenery, but I almost gave it two. Quite pricey for an uncomfortable experience and no real tour or guide to speak of. Skip this one and find something else to do and if this is really the Best Tours of Switzerland, I would hate to see the worst!

The Swiss countryside is absolutely stunning. The tour guides could have been more attentive. The guides provided a short explanation at each stop. This was a double decker bus, we were seated on the top. Each time we got off the guide was already on her way with those that got off the bus first. Never stopped to be sure all were there or keeping up. Could have spent more time in Interlaken. I would recommend this tour for the locations traveled very much, but maybe look for a tour where the guides are more attentive.

Good overview of the area with an excellent tour-guide. Not much time allowed at Interlaken. Gondola ride at Grindelwald was fun with great views.
