What To Expect
At the Gran Canaria Banana Museum we will guide you through a tour of our banana farm and we will teach you everything about the cultivation of this fruit. You will visit a Canarian house dating from 1804 that has been fully restored, true to its original architecture. Inside is the interpretation center and a shop where you can taste a selection of artisan products made on our islands that contain bananas, such as different jams, banana jam and even Banana Wine, as well as cosmetic lines also made with bananas. .

4.00I enjoyed the banana tour! It was short and sweet. I learned a lot about bananas that I never knew. The guide was great and really knowledgeable. I loved all the different samplings of jams, bananas, and the banana drinks. My only complaint would be that it mentioned meeting at a meeting point. I was there 20 minutes early and no one was there. I ended up walking down to the entrance area instead and almost missed my tour. So go right to the entrance area and do not wait at the meeting point they provide.

5.00A great experience , which introduces us to a banana plantation. Several varieties of bananas are mentioned and available. The tasting very well. A great guide Cynthia who made an effort to speak to us in French at times while we had the visit in English. Thank you.
