4.00The trip really worth it, both the national park and the cayo levantado island are very beautiful and the guides were nice, fun and professional in their explanations. As point of improvement the buffet, quality / flavour was only OK , dry chicken and fish, for the price i would expect better food included and less focus on upselling lobster or cocktails

Driver (Joel) good safe rider also spoke English and knew many local things. Both very nice and passionate and interested in what you want! Overall I enjoyed it! Flip of Cologne

4.00Great excursion, with good price compared to what the hotels charge, and that I value as good and not very good, because there are too many intermediaries and information is lost that harms the end customer who is paying for the Service. We hire this ONLINE tour with Viator, who sends us to Cafetours who sends us to guide José. José, magnificent guide, had us waiting 20 mins because we had to wait for the group we were traveling with, a lovely Dominican family and with whom we loved to share a route. We were appointed at 08:00 at the hotel and left later, everything pointed to a lack of coordination between the different intermediaries. Then we arrived in Samana and there was no catamaran available, again lack of coordination between the intermediaries, luckily Jose arranged this but to us it meant another delay. The rest of the perfect trip, although in Cafetours that are the ones that have asked me to put this review via wasap but I never spoke to them, says here that the excursion includes pineapple colada with rum and we had to pay for it separately and it was an additional cost to the excursion, little that did not pawn the trip, but that Cafetours should coordinate with the guide José.
