What To Expect
Angkor Wat
After we come to pick you up from your hotel we’ll take you to go and get your Angkor Pass. We’ll then head directly to Angkor Wat. You’ll walk along the entrance causeway, over the great moat, and enter into the outer enclosure of Angkor Wat. Here, you’ll marvel in the size of the buildings and the complex around you. Your guide will explain the history and layout of the temple as we approach the main part of Angkor Wat. You’ll have time to explore the buildings, look at the carvings and bas-reliefs, and learn about the history of this great temple.
Angkor Thom
When we’ve finished exploring Angkor Wat, it’s time to head towards the South Gate of Angkor Thom. Here, you’ll see the giant smiling face looking down on you from the entrance to the vast city of Angkor Thom. The entrance is very ornate with beautiful carvings to view. The causeway over the moat is just as fascinating. There are 54 gods on one side and 54 devils on the other side. You can tell the two apart because the gods will be smiling at you and the evil spirits will have a grimacing expression.

5.00I had an amazing time with my guide Thy. So much to praise about his friendliness, excellent knowledge of various topics, attention and dedication to customers. As I was solo he took care of taking many photos of me and also us together for some good memory. I highly recommend this tour!

5.00We booked our half day Angkor Wat tour online. We were delighted when Kong Thy contacted us the night before the trip, with tips about insect repellent, sunscreen and confirmed timings. On the morning of the trip we were greeted by Kong Thy and a very kind and considerate driver. Everything was explained and the day went smoothly. Angkor Wat at sunrise was amazing, lots of different view points, great photos but more importantly the information that came from Kong Thy, and the love he had for his Country, family and traditions was clear and it makes you proud to know him. We had breakfast in a local restaurant it was great. I recommend the spiced peach ice tea. Bayon Temple and Ta Prohm were equally interesting, we learned something different at each temple. There was always ice cold water available in the vehicle through the journey and our guide and driver were always cheerful and a pleasure to be around. I recommend this tour guide to everyone, you will not be disappointed.
