Horrofying experience, idiot of a captain. He was capable of ruining the day of 22 people in 3 minutes by speeding the boat in a sea that was to rough. Not once, not twice but three times. Expectation, a speedboat tour with 15 people to comino and blue lagoon. Reality, 22 people on a boat, a returntrip in a boat with a drunken 'captain' otherwise a complete and uther idiot! Speeding the boat over waves, clashing hard in the sea,not just once but ignoreeld the people on the boat conplainig seceral times. Total waste of time and money

We booked this tour directly with the company, through one of its vendors that had a stand in Sliema. The whole experience was very disorganized. Before booking we asked where will the tour start and where will it end and we were told we will depart from Sliema but we will return to St. Julain and that we will then be coming back to Sliema using the Hop-on-Hop Off bus ("tickets included"). We were also told that the tour wlll include a vsit to the caves. At 1 pm when the tour was supposed to start the same vendor informs us that the boat could not make it to Sliema and that we will be bused to St. Julians. We were packed in a mini bus and then driven chaotically (including a tailgating episode) to the entrance of a resort. We were asked to get off and when we asked where to go, the driver simply ignored us. We wandered around and eventually found a group of people next a boat. We asked a person that seemed to be staff and we were directed to a small office. Eventually we were taken to the boat and departed. When we reached Comino, the boat took a very, very brief dour to show us some caves. It basically stopped, backed in two areas, the guy piloting the boat said, these are the caves, and then we departed. When we reached the Blue Lagoon, the boat pilot told us to return few hours later and that another boat will pick us off. At the indicated time, a boat showed up and took us back directly to Sliema (not St. Julians), This was not a tour but a glorified shuttle to Blue Lagoon where you get 2.5 hours on your own. Neither boat operators tried to provide any explanations or provide narration. Calling the stop by the caves a "tour" is an exageration as it was less than 5 minutes and we were not really in any cave. Also concerning, neither boat staff attempted to provide any safety instructions or at least point to where the life vests are (we could not notice any). Before getting on the boat in St. Julians we also asked the ne name of the staff person at their office and they refused to provide it. This speaks volumes. What we learned from this is to never book from a vendor on the Sliema waterfront.

Had so much fun on Blue Lahoon, beautiful area but definitely crowded. Couple suggestions; inform about Blue Lagoon permit, before we arrived and had to fill out. Also suggest sending a text when pickup boat is arriving with ETA so I knew they were coming.
