Unfortunately, I can't give a solid rating on our tour because we didn't take it. I failed to verify which cruise port we were at. In all fairness, the company did provide all the necessary info and I appreciated them trying to get me another tour (hence, the good rating). We were told we would get half our funds reimbursed. We ended up paying a taxi driver to take us around. Bottom line-- know your port!!
