Victoria Harbour
There is no attraction in the city that is more iconic than the skyline of Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour. In fact, one can say that the harbour was the very birthplace of the city itself. The deep waters between Hong Kong Island and the Kowloon Peninsula are why a collection of fishing villages grew to become an international centre of trade. Today, the harbour is still the city’s throbbing heart and its iconic skyline is also one of the world’s most stunning urban landscapes. With such a skyline, it deserves to been seen at more than one angle.
Tsim Sha Tsui
The most classic view of the harbour is from the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront. Here you can stand right in front of the harbour and not only marvel at the topological and architectural spectacle of Hong Kong’s iconic skyline, but also admire how the colourful lights from across the harbour dance on the waves.

Do not go with Viator on the 19.00 Victoria Harbour Sightseeing Symphony of lights tour. It is truly poor and not worth the payment. As it’s supposedly watching the light show it’s a bigger boat, which has an enclosed first deck and outside space upstairs with limited seating around the open windows. It’s a truly poor experience. Do not waster your money, watch the show from the dockside. It’s better than this tour.

The directions to board the boat were very clear and easy to follow. It is the best way to see Hong Kong at night. It’s the most spectacular harbour views with all the lights. We would definitely do the cruise again next time we are in Hong Kong.

Poor communication with tour - no instructions that we get our tickets direct from the boat as we aired for a tour person like every other tour.

The cruise is nice, with a nice view of the skyline. The sound and light show is a bit disappointing, as it is a rather ordinary lighting of some skyscrapers. The quality of the wine offered on board is decidedly poor. It is not easy to reach the starting point, as the information in the departure port is non-existent and from the pier where the cruise departs other cruises leave a few minutes in advance... an endless chaos, with almost no one to help you! I also point out that depending on the pier from which you depart the time is different (from pier 9 departs 15/20 minutes after the time indicated in the booking) and this is not indicated on the ticket.... little precision!

We missed the tour completely as the directions with the ticket were incorrect. We contacted the tour and received another set of confusing instructions after the tour was scheduled to leave. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

After spending 35 minutes trying to find the location given by the operator, the map location was wrong. After calls to the operator, we got an email with another set of wrong directions which we received after the tour had left. We missed the tour altogether and have not been offered a refund!

The cruise is awesome, the symphony of lights light show was a bomb, a disgrace. Seen better light shows in my own home. But the cruise, very good.

This wasn't what was advertised..it was advertised max 20 people when we got on a boat at central pier there were no seats left but at the middle of the boat table..there were at least 50 people on a boat.so thats a mislead..also no chardonnay for wine which is one of most popular choices..and the light show thats is pictured is totally not what it was..the strings from the buildings were hardly even noticeable..after all just ok tour

The guide or a person who was incharge pointed out buildings like the ICC and Bank of China tower, but I just enjoyed the breeze.
